What we collect, and what happens to it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form and send us. There are three here: the contact form, the Operational Assessment and the Presence Review.

Depending on the form that can include your name, company, role, email address, phone number, rough headcount, the website you asked us to look at, the topics you ticked, whether you asked for an NDA, whatever you wrote in the message box, and the answers you gave the instrument.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, as every web host does: addresses, times and pages requested. We don’t analyse them and we don’t join them to anything you sent us.

Where it goes

It is emailed to us, and it is written to a log file and a spreadsheet on our own server so that a submission can’t be lost if the mail fails. Both are blocked from public access.

Only the principals, Mark and Jennifer, read it. Nobody else in the world receives it.

If our mail is down, the submission is relayed through Formspree, a form-delivery service, purely so it reaches us. That is the only third party your message ever touches.

You also get a copy of your own submission by email, sent only to you.

If you ask for an NDA, the signed copy is kept with your enquiry and used for nothing else.

Spam protection

The form runs a small check in your browser that proves it isn’t an automated script. It sets no cookies and sends nothing to anyone but us. There is never a puzzle to solve.

Bookings

If you pick a time for a call, the booking is handled by Microsoft 365, under Microsoft’s privacy terms.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell it, rent it, trade it or pass it to a partner. We don’t add you to a mailing list. There is no list.

There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no social tracking and no session recording. The typefaces are served from our own server rather than a font network, so loading a page here doesn’t tell anybody else that you were here.

This site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that doesn’t identify you. If either of those changes, this page changes with it.

How long, and how to remove it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful, which for a business conversation is usually a few years.

Ask us and we’ll delete yours, from the mailbox, the log and the spreadsheet, and tell you when it’s done. Email hello@opsworq.com or call 1‑855‑OPSWORQ (855‑677‑9677). You don’t have to give a reason.

If you are a client rather than an enquiry, the data we hold to run your systems is governed by our agreement with you, not by this page.
